The soft music in the lobby and the hot chocolate/coffee bar are very inviting as you first step in. Our room was spacious with a fake fireplace and it felt cozy and clean. The bed was soft with crisp linens. Loved the full length mirror. The Little keurig in room for coffee/tea was nice. This hotel is right along the QE2 highway but I never noticed any traffic noise. Never noticed noise from our neighbours either. Elevators are decently spacious and never had to wait long even tho the hotel was right full while we were there. This hotel is also located near a bunch of fast food and 5 mins from tons of shopping , IKEA and all the box stores in south common. Very convenient.

Breakfast was great, lots of selection and even though it was busy at the peak time on a Saturday they worked hard to keep stocked on all the foods. I was also granted a later check out to accommodate a family function which was so appreciated and kind!

The breakfast was great, compliment to the chef!!The coffee machine in the lobby is one of your unique features and the coffee were superb!

The room was very spacious! We were surprised to find it had a microwave, which was great. The bed was big and super comfortable. I can say this was the best sleep I've had in a very long time. I didn't want to get out of the bed!

The front desk staff and day manager were excellent!! Had a small issue and they took care of it right away. Breakfast was awesome!!! Enjoyed the pool.

The breakfast was okay with a lot of variety. Would have liked a gluten free option in the breads. The location was great with the choice of a couple restaurants within walking distance.
